Hopdoddy Burger Bar originated in Texas, and has moved to Colorado and Arizona, and now finally to South Cal at Playa Vista! The menu is very simple, choice of 15 different burgers, a couple salads, a couple sides, and milkshakes! For drinks, they have beer and cocktail! The burgers are not very big, so it's perfect for snack food, like happy hour/ late night snack.
We ordered some truffle fries, 2 burgers (K-town Belly and Buffalo Bill) and an oreo milkshake. Fries are a little greasy and soggy, and the seasoning wasn't distributed evenly. The oreo milkshake is good, very creamy but not too sweet, super filling. I recommend to share with someone. I am not a huge fan when it comes to burgers, but the burger here was pretty good. It is juicy, slightly red in the middle but warm, and the toppings are good and creative. My favorite is the bison burger. Overall, it's a 3 out of 5 for me, which means I am glad I tried it and it's good, but wouldn't feel like I am missing out if I hadn't.
