Last meal in LA - Vespertine

Vespertine.jpg

This is definitely the most interesting dining experience I have so far. By experience, I really mean the experience. It is not just the food, it is the ambience (locations of your meal as they moved you from room to room for different part of the evening), the visual (of the dish and the dinnerware, they make their own dinnerware) and the taste obviously.

Most dishes, if without explanation, are unrecognizable. You can hardly tell what you are eating, or sometimes, you might even ask yourself, β€œis this edible?” The results almost always surprise you. Every dish is a piece of art, and you are always intrigued by what the ingredients are and how it would taste. To be honest, I did not like every dish, but I am very glad that I got the chance to experience this restaurant before I left LA.

Highly recommended and enjoyed the pictures below! If this is too expensive for you, try their other restaurant called the destroyer before you commit to this 14-course meal!
